Once you see the appearance of our Single Family homes, you will see first hand the pride we take with supplying clean, safe, and affordable properties.

The first step is to set up an appointment with us to view available properties, upon meeting certain rental criteria and qualifications. Some of which are; you MUST have NO prior Evictions within the last 2 years. Household income MUST be 3 times greater than the rent amount of the property.

Once you find the property that fits your families needs, we require everyone over the age of 18 to fill out our Rental Application. This can be done online for a faster turn around time, as our Rental Applications are processed at a first come first serve basis.

Upon approval, we then require an “Option Fee”, Security Deposit, and the first month’s rent. The “Option Fee” is negotiated per property ranging from $10,000.00- $15,000.00, which is exercised for the purchase of the property within terms agreed upon.

Tenants have the full responsibility of seeking loan approval for closing prior to the agreed terms of the note.
